This is such a brilliant idea! I like the apron that I own, a simple rectangle round the waist, but this would be so fantastic. Too bad it's not on sale yet.. I may have to find some way to wrangle up my own.
Things I'd want on mine (for later reference):
- cooking times for eggs, meats etc
- conversion tables
- effect of certain ingredients (e.g. corn starch, baking soda, etc) & substitutes
- cuts of beef
- basic sauce recipes
- pocket slot for current recipe (mine are scribbled on post-its that get lost in the kitchen)
